2. 取得しないデータ
- 氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの識別情報（アカウント登録・ログイン機能自体がありません）

3. 第三者提供
本アプリの提供者がユーザーデータを第三者へ販売・譲渡することはありません。上記の表に記載した範囲で、広告配信のために Pangle（ByteDance グループ）、AI 解説のために Anthropic、課金処理のために Apple / Google に対してデータが送信されます。広告 SDK による送信は、アプリに組み込まれた SDK が Pangle に直接行うもので、当社がデータを受け取ることはありません。
4. 広告のトラッキング（ATT）
iOS では、初回起動時に App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の確認ダイアログを表示し、その回答が確定してから広告 SDK（Pangle）を開始します。「許可」した場合のみ IDFA が広告に使われます。Android では端末の広告 ID が使われ、端末の設定でリセット・削除できます。
5. AI 解説で送信される内容
API キーを設定した場合のみ、アプリが生成した予想数字（未購入の「極秘のアルゴリズム」の数字は含みません）と各口の戦略名・推奨買い方、読み込んだ履歴の件数、桁ごとの出現頻度上位・下位の数字を Anthropic の API に送信します。氏名などの個人を特定する情報は含みません。送信は端末から Anthropic へ直接行われ、当社のサーバーは経由しません。データの扱いはご自身の API キーに紐付く Anthropic の規約・ポリシーに従います。
6. 通信の暗号化
アプリからの外部通信はすべて HTTPS（TLS）で暗号化されています。
7. データの削除・オプトアウト
- API キーの削除: 設定画面で入力欄を空にして保存すると端末から消去されます。
- 端末内データの一括削除: アプリをアンインストールすると、端末に保存されたデータはすべて消去されます。
- パーソナライズ広告のオプトアウト: iOS は「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」、Android は「設定 > Google > 広告」から変更できます。iOS では初回起動時の ATT ダイアログで拒否することもできます。拒否しても機能は制限されません（非パーソナライズ広告が表示されます）。
- 購入履歴: 購入記録は Apple / Google が管理します。削除・返金の依頼は各ストアへお問い合わせください。
- Pangle が保有するデータ: 当社は受け取っていないため、開示・削除は Pangle のプライバシーポリシー に記載の窓口へご依頼ください。広告 ID をリセットすると、以後は新しい ID で扱われます。
8. 未成年の方の利用について
本アプリは、宝くじ（ナンバーズ3 / ナンバーズ4）を題材にしたエンターテインメントアプリであり、未成年の方を対象としていません。お子様のデータを意図的に収集することはありません。

2. Data we do not collect
- Name, address, phone number, email address or similar identifiers (there is no account or login)
- Precise location (GPS)
- Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, files
- Payment details such as card numbers (payments are handled directly by Apple / Google)
3. Third parties
We never sell or transfer user data to third parties. Within the scope of the table above, data is sent to Pangle (ByteDance group) for ad delivery, to Anthropic for AI commentary, and to Apple / Google for purchase processing. Ad SDK transmissions are made directly to Pangle by the SDK built into the app; we never receive that data.
4. Ad tracking (ATT)
On iOS, the app shows the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt at first launch and starts the ad SDK (Pangle) only after your answer is final. The IDFA is used for ads only if you choose "Allow". On Android, the device advertising ID is used; you can reset or delete it in device settings.
5. What is sent for AI commentary
Only if you set an API key, the app sends Anthropic's API the predicted numbers it generated (excluding the numbers of the Secret Algorithm unless you have purchased it) with each set's strategy name and suggested buy style, the number of draws loaded, and the most and least frequent digits per position. No personally identifying information such as your name is included. The request goes directly from your device to Anthropic, never through our servers, and is handled under Anthropic's terms and policies for the account tied to your API key.
6. Encryption
All network traffic from the app is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS).
7. Deletion and opt-out
- Delete the API key: clear the field in Settings and save; it is removed from the device.
- Delete all on-device data: uninstalling the app erases everything stored locally.
- Opt out of personalized ads: iOS "Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking", Android "Settings > Google > Ads". On iOS you may also decline the ATT prompt at first launch. Declining does not limit any feature; non-personalized ads are shown instead.
- Purchase history: purchase records are managed by Apple / Google. Contact the respective store for deletion or refunds.
- Data held by Pangle: we never receive it, so please send access or deletion requests to the contact listed in the Pangle Privacy Policy. After you reset your advertising ID, a new ID is used from then on.
8. Minors
This app is entertainment themed around the Japanese lotteries Numbers 3 / Numbers 4 and is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
